Roy has 40 years insurance industry experience in Australia and internationally. He has held many senior underwriting and management positions, and has vast experience specifically in the areas of underwriting, budgeting and planning. One of Roy's many achievements was to underwrite Terri Scheer's first ever Landlord insurance policy. Later as General Manager at QBE, he was responsible for managing the relationship with EBM's 'RentCover' product. He is undoubtedly one of Australia's premier authorities on the subject of Landlord Insurance. His reputation and success in the industry is greatly admired, and Roy is using his experience to mentor.

With over 40 years experience as an Insurance Broker, Lance has held senior positions in some of Australia's most respected Insurance companies. Throughout his career, Lance has also established a number of successful insurance businesses. His first was trans-Tasman broking house, 'CPF Insurance Brokers', Electronic Equipment Underwriters (EEU) and in the US with 'EKat Solutions'. During his many years, Lance has been instrumental in shaping and pioneering initiatives in the insurance industry.

Sally has spent the last 10 years on the road as a Relationship Manager, training and servicing real estate principals and property managers with EBM RentCover. With 15 years in the insurance industry, Sally is making the move back into Corporate Broking, as well as overseeing the development of CoverWise' landlord insurance product.

A career that has spanned several industries with great success, from textile importing, clothing distribution and retailing, to property development and mining services, Don has brought innovation and success to all his endeavours. Don has remained actively involved in property development and the real estate industry. Don’s current real estate interest, is in the management of a large portfolio of Sydney units, used for short stay accommodation with one of Sydney largest hospitals. Don will be focusing his talents on developing new markets in areas our competitors have failed to satisfy.
